Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION! *These appointments are held via ZOOM ONLY. *If I do not see you on the zoom call you will NOT receive a phone call, text or any other form of communication to try and find out where you are and your appointment will be canceled. I have an incredibly busy schedule and if you choose to be late that will cut into your reading time, I will NOT go over into someone else's reading who's scheduled after you to accommodate the time missed on your behalf, that will be time lost. *PLEASE make note of your appointment day and time and SAVE THE DATE AND ZOOM LINK. If you lose this information and reach out to me last minute it's highly unlikely I will get to it in time and this can lead to me having to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please be responsible and keep this information in a safe and easy accessible place for when it's time for your reading. *Please do NOT email me asking when you're going to receive your zoom links. I will be sending you a zoom link prior to your appointment to the email you've given me when you booked your appointment. I don't send links any sooner than the Sunday before your appointment. Please keep a lookout for your zoom links and check your spam folder as well. If you have not received the link within 48 hours of your scheduled time slot please reach out to me. *Make sure your Zoom app is downloaded, up to date and running properly BEFORE your appt. *NO driving during the reading *Please be respectful of my time and yours by giving a 24-48 hour cancellation notice if available. I am booked several months in advanced so please know that if you miss your scheduled time I may not be able to accommodate you with a quick turn around when rescheduling you. You may be waiting 3+ months to see me again. I understand that things can happen, so just communicate with me directly if something comes up! :) *If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times your appointment may be subject to permanent cancellation with NO refunds. *If you have to cancel within the required time slot you will be able to reschedule your appointment at no charge to you. Do not expect to get in immediately as I am booked out 3+ months right now. *All sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS. *Please be open to whatever chooses to come through as you're going to get a wide range of information based off of YOUR awareness and YOUR willingness to be open to the process. *I look forward to connecting with you!
